Remember 2010...
The very first edition of the Winter X Games Europe Tignes took place last year in March 2010. They were a real success!
3 days of competition, 66 200 spectators! Thousands of freestyle fans came over to cheer their champions along the Slopestyle course and on the SuperPipe’s copping. Everybody agreed: it was “huge”, “spectacular”, “never seen this before in Europe”… an enormous SHOW!
In 2010…
The frenchies, Kevin Rolland’s and Xavier Bertoni’s grabbed, Ski SuperPipe Gold and Silver medallists!
On the Slopestyle, Tom Wallish’s landed his tricks with such a casual attitude during his 3 runs in Ski Slopestyle…. Mathieu Crepel set the Superpipe on fire with his famous frontside 1260 in Snowboard… Iouri Podladtchikov bet on his double Mc Twist 126… And Jenny Jones did a perfect run in snowboard on a particularly tricky Slopestyle course…
